5.13 Internet Explorer

You can connect to Internet Explorer in two ways: by connecting NEO directly to the Inter-

net or by connecting through your PC while the hand-held is attached via ActiveSync (see

“ActiveSync®” on page 79).

5.13.1 Browsing Web Sites

There is little difference between the standard Internet Explorer found on your PC and that

found on NEO, sometimes referred to as Pocket Internet Explorer. You can enter URLs, set

a ‘home page’, turn images on and off, e-mail links to friends, and so on.

To go to a web site:

• Connect NEO to the Internet. (If you’re not certain how to do this, tap on Start>Inter-

net Explorer to display a blank window. Next, tap on Start>Help and follow the steps

listed.)

• Tap on Start>Programs>Internet Explorer to open Internet Explorer.
