Changing Advanced Proxy Server Settings
4. In the Proxy server field, type the proxy server name.
5. Tap on OK to save your changes.
Note: If you need to change advanced settings such as a port number or proxy
server type, you’ll need to tap on the Advanced button rather than tap-
ping on OK. Advanced settings are described in “Changing Advanced
Proxy Server Settings” on page 171
6.24.6.1 Changing Advanced Proxy Server Settings
1. To change advanced settings such as port number or proxy server type, tap
on the Advanced button.

2. For the appropriate server type, type the proxy server name and port.
3. Choose Socks 4 or Socks 5.
4. If you choose Socks 5, tap on Socks 5 ID, and type the user name and pass-
word used to connect to your proxy server. Tap on OK.
