Move the scanner
to a known good
terminal,or replace
the interface cable.
Problem is:
• terminal
• interface hardware
or
• interface software
Call your system
support personnel
*If the green lamp is flashing
slowly, the scanner is in the
Sleep Mode. Wave your hand
near the Front Scan Window
to "wake it up," or press the
trigger switch.
**You will need an AC/DC power supply
and an interface cable that accepts
external power in order to isolate
and verify the scanner's operation.
Verify that the -
1. Interface cable is plugged into
the scanner.
2. DC power plug is connected
to the barrel-type plug on the
interface cable.
3. AC/DC power supply is con-
nected to a functional AC outlet.
