For any dynamic row creation, set first the entry status and then other elements. Finally set the Entry status.
Example:
Set entry status for protocol filter table index
Filter-status
Protocol-name
Protocol-number
Again entry-status
NOTE: Adding the table entries the user has to set “index 0 values entry status 4”
