If youre having a problem using any of the Symphony HomeRF 2.0 Network-
ing products and can’t resolve it with the suggestions in Chapter 9 or with
information from the Symphony Web site, gather the following information
and contact Symphony Technical Support:
What network configuration is your wireless network using?
What were you doing when the error occurred?
What error message did you see?
Can you reproduce the problem?
What version of the software are you using with each of your Sym-
phony products?
