3. The Set Expression Indexes dialog will be displayed.
4. Select the index you wish to modify and enter your chosen value in the “Assign index
value” textbox. Click the F
INISH button.
5. The Edit Field Properties dialog will be redisplayed.
List Box Properties
• “Sort lines” checkbox—if selected, the items in the list box will be sorted
alphabetically.
• “Whole lines” checkbox—if selected, the list box will display a whole number of
lines, rather than permitting fractional lines.
• “Hidden (useful for table holders)” checkbox—if selected, the table will be hidden on
the form. The primary use for this is for table holders that will be used elsewhere in
the form.
