Resolution
Adjust the resolution and refresh rate on the PC to match a
supported mode, listed in the "Specifications" section.
This is characteristic of an LCD and will not cause a
malfunction.
Make sure the batteries are inserted and oriented properly.
Replace the batteries.
Jog any stuck buttons on the remote to unstick them.
