The msgBlkSize parameter allows the DLI to configure the ICP message buffer size (equivalent to the Set
ICP Message Buffer Size command in Section 5.4.1.3 on page 119).

DLI configuration parameter. If writeType is set tonormal,” DLI_PROT_SEND_NORM_DATA_EOM is used; if it is set
