The time is reported in relative time in tenths of seconds. The clock starts at zero when
the Start Trace command is received. The time is a longword (4 bytes).
The line mode identifies whether the link is transmitting (0) or receiving (1).
The event reports the type of BSC control character sequence that was transmitted or
received. Ta ble 5 –7 lists the control sequences and the reported event number.
