Packet Description
This packet is used to acknowledge one or more (limited by the window size)
DLI_PROT_SEND_NORM_DATA packets for a particular station. The client is then cleared
to send the specified number (limited to the window size minus the number of packets
acked by this packet) of additional packets for the indicated station.

Note
The Freeway header is used only with DLI (it is not applicable for
DLITE), and the
usLength field of the ICP header is used only with-
out DLI.
