Packet Description
This packet is used to acknowledge the completion of the link-level exchange when the
iProtModifier field is 0 or the receipt of the station init packet if the iProtModifier field is 1.

Note
The Freeway header is used only with DLI (it is not applicable for
DLITE), and the
usLength field of the ICP header is used only with-
