The make file automatically performs the following:
In VMS systems only, creates the foreign commands used for the dlicfg and
tsicfg configuration preprocessor programs.
Runs the dlicfg and tsicfg configuration preprocessor programs. These pro-
grams process the appropriate DLI and TSI text configuration files to create
the DLI and TSI binary configuration files. The text configuration files pro-
vided for non-blocking I/O are:
The resulting binary configuration files have the same names with a .bin
extension. For example, nrmaldcfg.bin.
Copies the DLI and TSI binary configuration files to the appropriate bin
directory.
