PROTEX® Products herewith declares that PRODoor™ meets the following specifications:
PRODoor™ is a patent pending heavy-duty temporary door surface protection product that is manufactured
with 100% recycled cardboard / paper materials and 100% bio-degradable and recyclable adhesives.
PRODoor™ was specifically designed to have a desirable degree of surface smoothness, high flexural
strength, excellent crush and puncture resistance and to be 100% recyclable.

Adhesive: 100% bio-degradable and recyclable
Contains 4 gr/m2 PVA, 9.6 gr/m2 China clay and 0.4 gr/m2 boric and fumaric acid
Internal Bond: Designed to resist delamination
pH: Contains a pH level above 7.0 to ensure no acidity
Moisture: 4 – 8%
Warp / Curl: Not to exceed 1/16” per 6” from flatness
Color Consistency: Reasonably smooth and uniformly consistent
Squareness: +/- 0.3%
