Stability: Stable under normal conditions. Keep away ignition sources.

Section 5 Health Hazard Data
Eye: Will cause eye irritation.
Skin: May cause skin irritation. Symptoms may include redness, burning, drying and cracking of skin, and other
damage.
Oral: Swallowing large amounts may be harmful. This material gets into the lungs during swallowing and vomiting.
This results in lung inflammation and other lung injury.
Breathing: Breathing of this material during normal handling is not likely to cause harmful effects. Symptoms of
overexposure include nausea, depression, fatigue, irregular heartbeat, temporary changes in mood, and narcosis.
Reports have surfaced the repeated overexposure to hydrocarbon vapors can cause reversible central nervous system
and kidney damage.
Section 6 First Aid Measures
Eye: If splashed into eyes flush with water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.
Skin: Remove contaminated clothing. Wash exposed areas with soap and water. If irritation persists seek medical
attention.
Oral: Seek medical attention. Do not induce vomiting. Place victim on left side with head down. Do not leave the
individual unattended. Seek Medical Advice
Inhalation: If breathing problems develop move to fresh air. If breathing is difficult give oxygen. Keep victim warm
and quiet. If problems persist seek medical attention.
Section 7 Accidental Release Measures
Spill: Absorb liquid on vermiculite or other absorbent materials. Dike to prevent material from reaching streams or
streams. If runoff occurs notify authorities as required. Dispose of waste in accordance with local, state, or federal
laws.
