Reference
This section provides a brief amount of information for a typical quick reference.
Warning: This is not a substitute for the User Guide. All individuals who have or will

Powering the Monitor This section describes the power up sequence. See Table 5.

Table 5 Monitor Power-Up Sequence
ACTION LCD RESULTS
Activating
monitor:
Press and
hold down
the button for
five (5)
seconds.
The monitor starts and runs through a self-test.
The monitor emits one audible beep
All LEDs light and monitor vibrates
All LCD display elements appear
After the full element LCD displays, the low alarm and
high alarm set points display.
When a self-test is successful the monitor turns to the
original screen showing Months with Clock icon and
displays a Check Mark and one short audible beep
sounds.
