HTI-Heating tape

with the heating conductor

as a sensor

The HTI heating tape is supplied from a reel, cut to size as required

and can be connected directly to the control devices HTI 15 and

HTI 10.

For temperature measurement and control, complete length of he-

ating tape is used. No sensors and are required for temperature

control on the object to be heated.

The terminal connection technology can be ﬁ tted in situ by custo-

mer using our assembly sets KF (page 46). Uniform temperature

measurement over the complete surface, the high capacity during

the heating up phase and removal of the excess capacity during

the steady state phase, produce low operating costs.

Analyse Heating hose 180 °C

with the HTI Controller -

heating tape

Just as easily you can obtain hoses that have been heated with the

HTI heating tape. The hose structure with heating tape and insula-

tion is complete: Cut to size, ﬁ t end cap, connect – ready.
