Self-limiting heating tapes
(with and without -approval)
The self-limiting heating tapes control their heating capacity
according to the pertinent degree of heating, so that when the
nal temperature is achieved, it is kept constant. Where sectional
temperature differences occur, the heating adapts from one section
to the next. This ensures uniform heating. The tapes can be laid
overlapping; this is especially suitable for uneven surfaces, such as
those that can occur in way of pumps, valves and branches.
The HBRC and HBR heating tapes are available by the metre with
matching fi nishing sets for individual length adjustment on site or
pre-fi nished ex works. The heating tapes come in two variants: With
and without -permit.
