Mini heating hose
Applications:
Heating hoses for Gluetechnology within a control cabinet; fl exible
connection components between and in machines or plant; in
analytical technology for portable measuring systems; connection
hoses in medical technology for all applications; in metering systems
to maintain the heat of a medium.
HMI mini heating hoses are miniaturized versions of our standard
H100 and H200 hose series. Their structure is similar to standard
hoses, only less thermal insulation is used.

The external sheath consists of a SI tube, reddish brown/ black, or
an enclosed PA-corrugated tube according to the application.
The connections used consist of shaped silicone components, shrink-
fi t caps and tapered or cast shapes.

Clip-style tracer heating
This tracer heating for thin steel and copper pipes consists of a
silicone profi le with two parallel worked-in heating conductors. The
slotted shape enables pipes to be heated in pre-assembled piping
systems - for example, in analytical cabinets - without these having
to be dismantled for heating. This saves considerable assembly
costs.
The version available at the moment covers piping from 6 - 10 mm
(outer diameter). The lengths and outputs are fl exibly adapted to
customer request.
