TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE

PROBLEM PROBABLE CAUSE POSSIBLE SOLUTION

Unit is activated but nothing

happens

x No Power

x Timer clears after priming

x Remote timer does not

work

x Check to see if the power

source has been properly

connected

x Restart the timer and try

again

x Check connections to both

– replace if defective

Bed appears too be to hot

x Fans are obstructed

x Room temp to high

x Ensure all fans or clear of

obstructions and dust.

Unit temperature abnormally

warm

x Bed is too close to the wall x Pull the bed away from the

wall at least 12 inches.

Individual lamps do not light

x Lamp not in socket

properly

x Lamp is defective

x Starter is defective

x Turn lamp in socket until

lamp illuminates

x Replace lamp

x Replace starter
