PREVENTITIVE MAINTENANCE

Clean Acrylic Top & Bottom
Clean Pillow
Clean & Sanitize Goggles
Ensure Clip Strip is firmly in place
Clean and Sanitize Bed Exterior
Remove & Clean the inside both Acrylic sheets
Dust Lamps
Wipe and Vacuum fans & vents
Clean all Reflectors
Wipe and Vacuum out Air Vents
Inspect Acrylic for cracks wear
Replace Top and Bottom Acrylic
Adjust shock tension (if needed)
Test Remote System
Check all Bolt and nuts for wear and tear
After Each Session

** Please Refer to the Lamp Manufacturer Specifications for Lamp and Facial Bulb Replacement and Frequency. When replacing Facial Bulbs ensure that any finger prints on the bulb itself are wiped clean using the cleaning pad provided with replacement bulbs or alcohol.

The acrylic sheets used in this machine should be changed between 1200 and 1500 hours of operation. If not, UV-transmission could be greatly reduced. ProSun
