Preset Based Cycle Time
If [Preset based cycle time] is activated, the speed of the Auto WahWah or Tremolo effect is set at a preset recall to
the value defined with the two sliders. The upper slider adjusts the coarse speed (in 0.1 sec increments), the lower
slider adjusts the fine adjustment (in milliseconds).
If [Preset based cycle time] is off, the effect takes over the speed of the previous preset.
On the right above the two controls, the time is displayed which the Auto Wah or Tremolo needs to complete a
cycle of the effect movement. “BPM” is the song tempo, “ms” is the corresponding value in milliseconds.
Using the Tap command, the speed of the effect can be adjusted at any time (see chapter 8.1)
8.2.4.2 Auto” Function [Dynamic] - Touch Wah
If the [Dynamic] function is selected, the WahWah effect will respond to the velocity of the attack. If you use this
feature for the Tremolo, you can set completely funky Compressor and Ducking effects.
Important => Before you set the following parameters, you must set the [Signal Tracking] => [Sensivity] of your
instrument in the Basic Settings accordingly.
Threshold
This value determines from which velocity the effect starts to react.
Sense
This value determines the range in which the effect moves, respectively, at which velocity the effect reaches its
maximum.
Invert Sense
With this setting, the direction of the effect is set That is, whether the WahWah is at heel position at soft stoke and
at toe position at hard stroke, or vice versa.
Decay
This value determines how quickly the effect returns after striking a string.
Decay Invert
This parameter currently has no function
8.2.4.3 Auto” Function [Frequency]
This feature is not yet programmed in the current version of the WAHryTone and is part of an upcomming firmware
upgrade.
