Expression Pedal => Pedal-Latch *
If the [Latch Top] or [Latch Bot] feature is enabled, the Auto Enable function switches on or off only when the
expression pedal is at its top or bottom position. Thus, this function is a virtual switch.
Expression Pedal => Latch Tolerance*
If you use [Latch Top] or [Latch Bot], the [Latch Tolerance} determines how exactly the expression pedal must
reach the Top (MIDI value 127) or Bottom (MIDI value 0) position in order to switch the effect on or off. If the
tolerance is 0, the expression pedal must reach 127 or 0 respectively. If you set the tolerance to 7, the effect will
already switch at value 120 or 7 respectively.
Expression Pedal => Disable Time *
The [Disable Time] determines how long the expression pedal can remain unmoved before the WahWah jumps
back to bypass. When set to “Never”, the WahWah doesn’t turn off automatically, but by a preset change or an
Instant Access switch (CC 74).
* This features are only effective if the [Auto Enable] function is enabled in the selected preset (see chapter
8.2.2).
8.2 Preset Related Parameters
The following parameters can be set individually for each preset. We recommend to experiment a bit with all the
parameters to understand their function. With the WAHryTone, you can produce effects that differ quite a lot from
a standard WahWah.
It depends from the selected operating mode which of the parameters listed below are available.
When adjusting the knobs and buttons, the settings in the WAHryTone are temporarily overridden. To keep the
changes permanently, you need to confirm the new settings with the button [Save Preset as ...]. Otherwise they
will be lost at preset change.
