Safety Warnings When the Personal Massager is not in use, always unplug it from the socket. This action prevents electric shock and damage to the product. Operating the product 1. Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the massager, which is at the lowest speed (Level 1) 2. Press Buttons 2-4 to adjust the vibration speed of the massager (Level 4 is the strongest level) ● Level 1 and switch on/off ● Level 2 ● Level 3 ● Level 4 3. Troubleshooting Prospera’s PL021 Personal Massager is a user friendly product. If you follow the operating manual, this product will last for a long time. However, if the following situations happen, please take the recommended troubleshooting procedures: 1. If the soft head of the product becomes loose, stop using it immediately, and report to the dealer or Prospera. 2. If the powder cord is worn off or the product does not work properly, unplug the product from the socket.
Consumer Warranty Prospera offers a 90-day standard warranty to the massage products. Labor and parts are included during warranty period. Consumers are required to provide model number and dated proof of purchase (sales receipt) when contacting Prospera for the warranty service. Non-warranty service is provided on a “per incident” basis. The consumer will verify that the product has failed and provide information for servicing the unit.
