Position the dip station bars so they are approximately shoulder-distance apart.
Step in between the two bars and place hands on the padded grips. Press
yourself up until arms are locked out.
Squeeze your legs together, then slowly raise straight legs up to hip height and
shift weight back if needed to make sure that shoulders are stacked on top of
wrists.
Hold as long as you can, then lower yourself back to the oor.
