Position the dip station bars so they are approximately shoulder-distance apart.
Step in between the two bars and place hands on the padded grips. Press
yourself up until arms are straight and lift legs off of the oor with bent knees.
Inhale and slowly lower your upper body down while maintaining an upright
torso. Make sure to keep elbows in close by your body. Lower until arms are
bent at a 90-degree angle.
Exhale as you press back up to the starting position and repeat until you can’t
perform another repetition.
