Secure the door anchor with tube in the middle of a door.
Hold handles with palms facing each other, then step back about 3-4 feet.
Engage core and keep a slight bend in your knees.
Pull handles back as far as you can while maintaining a straight back. Squeeze
shoulder blades together and keep elbows by your sides. Be careful not to hunch
your shoulders.
Slowly return to the start position.
