Secure the door anchor with tube at the top of a door, and hold one handle in
each hand. Kneel on the oor about one foot away from the door.
Start with arms straight above and in front of you with palms facing the door. Pull
the tube back and down until hands are at shoulder height. Maintain a at back
and keep chest and head lifted.
