Position yourself on all fours on the oor with one handle in each hand, and
the middle of the tube around the bottom of one foot. Wrists should be under
shoulders and knees under hips. Maintain a neutral spine and engaged core
throughout the exercise.
Keeping your foot exed, press the tube back and slightly upwards with your leg
until leg is straight and parallel with the oor.
Squeeze your buttocks at the top of the movement, then slowly return to the start
position. Switch sides after completing all reps on the rst side.
