Position yourself on all fours on the oor with one handle in each hand, and
the middle of the tube around the bottom of one foot. Wrists should be under
shoulders and knees under hips. Maintain a neutral spine and engaged core
throughout the exercise.
Keeping your foot exed, press the tube back and slightly upwards with your leg
until leg is straight and parallel with the oor.
Squeeze your buttocks at the top of the movement, then slowly return to the start
position. Switch sides after completing all reps on the rst side.
