Secure the door anchor with tube near the top of the door.
Turn your body away from the door so anchor and tube are behind you, and
hold one handle in each hand with palms facing the oor. Step forward a few
feet in a staggered stance.
Bend both arms at 90 degrees parallel to the oor.
Press both arms straight in front of your chest, squeezing your chest as your
hands meet in front of you.
Carefully return to the start position, being careful not to let elbows go past your
shoulders.
