Radios do not communicate
Radio is in “bootloader” mode:
If the cause of the problem is that the radio is in bootloader mode the diagnostic LEDs
on the radio will flash in the following sequence.
Software must be re-loaded from the Download Code CD. See Download Code for
instructions.
