Clock/Counter Displays current time, time counter, tape speed, or channel numbers when

switching channels.

FUNCTION DISPLAYS:

BYE Power off

CLOCK, TIMER, CHAN, START, END, DATE, SAVE, SAVED, RVIEW, CANCEL, 0-LAP Appear

during Express Recording.

DOWN & LOAD Front display alternates between these two words when AllSet data is being

downloaded.

EJECT Displays when a videocassette is being ejected.

FFWD Fast forward

HELLO Power on

LOCK Appears for Pro-Tect Plus TM locking feature

MARK COM Appears when the Commercial Advance feature is forwarding through commercials.

PLAY Tape is in playback mode.

REC Displays when the VCR is recording.

REC-P Paused recording.

Hi-Fi Indicator Lights when HI-FI or MIX is selected in the audio menu.

PWR indicator Displays when the VCR is powered on.

TIMER indicator Displayed when Express Recording (XPR) or timer recording is under way or

when the VCR is set for a timer recording and the power is turned OFF. "TIMER" flashes on the

VCR front panel when a timer recording is set and no tape is inserted in the VCR.

VCR Indicator (Applies only if the VCR Viewing Channel is 3 or 4). Press the TV.VCR on the

VCR (ANTENNA on remote) to turn on or off.

• VCR indicator on: Picture from VCR.

• VCR indicator off: Picture from TV channel.
