PROGRAM EXPRESS
Program Express allows you to quickly program the VCR for a
complete one-time recording using the VCR's control panel
instead of the on-screen menus. The VCR automatically turns off
at the end of the recording. You can use the arrow keys on the
remote control or the VCR's front panel to move through these
menus.

Insert a tape with the safety tab in place. Make sure the
clock is set correctly.
Open the control door in the lower left corner of the VCR's
front panel.
Press PROG. EXP. to activate the display. The channel
number flashes in the display panel.
Use the up • and down • arrow buttons to choose a
channel, then press PROG. EXP. to select it.
Repeat step 4 to enter START time, END time, DATE of
recording, and tape SPEED information.
Press PROG. EXP. when SAVE flashes in the display. SAVED
appears to let you know the program is set.
Use the up • and down • arrow buttons to review or
cancel your entries.
7. Turn off the VCR.
TIMER RECORDING
You can set up as many as eight timer recording programs.
1. Press MENU to display the VCR MAIN MENU.
