Frame Assembly
Read and understand all assembly instructions before beginning the assembly process.
Step 1- Select Top Rail A (5) and insert the narrow end into Top Rail B (6).
Step 2 - Place Angled Leg Bracket (1) on the end of Top Rail A (5) (make sure the leg slots
are angled out away from the swing set). Place Straight Leg Bracket (2) on the end of Top
Rail B (6).
Step 3 – Repeat Step 1 by inserting Top Rail B (6) into Top Rail C (7) and then Top Rail D
(8) into Top Rail C (7). Slide the 2

Angled Leg Bracket (1) onto the end of Top Rail D (8)
(make sure the leg slots are angled out away from the swing set. See step 2.)
Step 4 – Bolt together the Top Rails with the Top Frame Braces (3) (these braces are
installed on the underside of the Top Rails). First align the Top Frame Brace (3) with the
holes on the Top rail. Put a 5/16” Washer (64) on Bolt (38). Slide through holes put on a
5/16” Curved Washer (55), Cap (47) then a 5/16” Nylon Nut (61). Loosely tighten. Do
this on all three sections where the rails insert into each other.
