Temperature sensor BTC 100
The optional
temperature sensor BTC 100 measures the temperature of the battery
during the entire charging process. Depending on the temperature measured the end
voltage is compensated. Important
: this compensation must be activated. See the
chapter ‘Setting the charge program’.
LCD-monitor PCM 100
With this monitor it is possible to follow the charging process remotely. The monitor
displays details such as the battery voltage, charging current, charging phase and any
errors which may occur.
T-Splitter
For connecting the PCM 100 and BTC 100 both, the t-
splitter is needed.
MAINTENANCE
The charger doesn’t need any specific maintenance. When cleaning the housing, use a
(squeezed) dry cloth. Remove any filth and dust from the ventilation openings of the
charger. Follo
w the instructions of the manufacturer when using and handling the
battery. CAUTION! A battery contains corrosive sulphuric acid.
Important
Check the charge status of battery charger on a regular basis.
Check the cables and connection between the
charger and battery regularly.
Check the ventilation vents en fan on a regular basis.

WARRANTY AND SERVICE
The ProMax 200 chargers are marked with the Smart Value
of Xenteq. This service label gives you additional advantages and

Before sending the charger back, always advice the Trouble Shooter and other
information in this manual firstly. If
a problem could have been solved by means of this
manual, we are obligated to charge the repair/research costs.
In case of a malfunction, the charger can be brought back to your supplier or it can be

ProMax 200 carries a five-
year warranty from selling date. This warranty only covers the
costs of parts and labour for the repair. The warranty period is only valid when the

third party has attempted to repair the charger or when the ProMax 200 is not installed
or used in accordance with the instructions. The only activities that may carried out
yourselves is the replacement of the input fuse.
