TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem (Possible) cause Action
‘Error’ lights on
reversed polarization of the
cables
Remove the connection and
attach the cables correctly
The battery is connected to
the charger and the charger
does not work

When the GBC 100 still is not functioning well after the actions stipulated, you may
return the charger to your retailer or you may return it directly to Proosten
Electronics. The charger must be sent prepaid.
Don’t try to repair or open the charger yourself.
