Installation Instructions

1. Using the wall plate (1) as template, making sure it’s leveled, mark 4 holes (6 on FT84) at the desired loca-

tion on the wall.

2. Drill four (six on FT84 on 3 studs) 3/8” (10 mm) diameter holes, 2” (50 mm) deep.

3. Insert a concrete anchor (J) into each hole, the anchors must be inserted until they are ush wish the con-

crete surface, a hammer can be used to lightly tap each anchor into place if necessary.

4. Place the wall piece back against the wall and attach it using the Lag bolts (I) and Washers (H) from the

hardware kit. Make sure all screws are snug, but do not over-tighten them.
