The date command allows the user to view and modify the system time.
Options

-d<date> Usedtospeciesdateinthefollowingformat:yyyy/mm/ddwhere
 month’srangeis1-12andday’srangeis1-31.
-t<time> Usedtospeciestimeinthefollowingformat:hh:mm:sswhere
 hour’srangeis0-23,minute’sandseconds’rangeare0-59.
