Each Vess R2600 controller has one (1) Ethernet RJ45 management port connector.
To establish the management path:
1. Connect Ethernet cables between the network connector on both host PCs or servers and the standard
network switch.
See “iSCSI SAN data and management connections” on page 52
2. Connect Ethernet cables between the Management port on both RAID controllers to the standard network
switch.
If you have multiple Vess R2600 subsystems, repeat steps 1 and 2.
