A ServiceReportisa detailedreportcoveringthecongurationandstatusofallcomponentsinyourRAID
system.Asupporttechnicianoreldengineermightrequestaservicereportforthepurposeofdiagnosisand
troubleshooting.
TosaveaServiceReportle:
1. Click Save Service ReportintheHeader(verytopofthewebinterface,nexttotheHelp link).
Informationforthereportisgatheredandcompiled.Thisactiontakesuptoafewminutes,dependingon
the size of your RAID system
2. Click the Save Fileoption,thenclicktheSave button.
ThereportsavestoyourHostPCasacompressedHTMLle.
3. Double-clickthedownloadedletodecompressit.
4. Double-click the report to open it in your default browser.
