You only need to log into a NAS device one time. After the initial login, SmartNAVI
remembers your user name and password.
Powering On a NAS Device
This action requires that:
• Wake on LAN is enabled.
See “Making Management Port Settings” on
page 83 or page 248.
• The NAS device is in a Power Off state.
See “Powering Off the Subsystem” on
page 131, page 203, page 285, or page 286.
To power on a NAS device, right-click the
VessRAID NAS subsystem and choose Locate
NAS from the popup menu.
The Device Login dialog box appears. See
“Logging Into a NAS Device” on page 185.
