Operating System Support
On the Host PC where you install the SuperTrak controller and WebPAM PRO,
Promise Technology recommends:
• Windows Server 2008 SP1 (32 or 64 bit)
• Windows Vista SP1 (32 or 64 bit)
• Windows Server 2003 SP2 (32 or 64 bit)
• Windows XP SP2 (64 bit)
• Windows XP SP3 (32 bit)
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.0, 5.1, 5.2 (32 or 64 bit)
• SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 SP2, UP and SMP, (32 or 64 bit)
• SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 SP1, UP and SMP, (32 or 64 bit)
• Open SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 10.2, 10.3, 11 (32 or 64 bit)
Browser Support
On the Host PC where you install the SuperTrak controller and WebPAM PRO,
you must have one of the following browsers:
• Internet Explorer
•Firefox
• Netscape Navigator
If you do not have one of the above browsers, install the browser first and make it
the default browser. Then install WebPAM PRO.
