9. Type your entries into the fields provided:
• Computer Name – The SmartStor’s Server Name in SmartSYNC
• IP address
• Subnet Mask
• Default Gateway
• Primary DNS
• Secondary DNS
Click Next >> to continue.
The Protecting Your Data Screen appears.

See your Network Administrator for help in making these settings.
Promise suggests that you set the first three octets of the
SmartStor’s IP address to match the first three octets of your PC’s
IP address.
After initiation, you can change your network settings in
SmartSYNC or in PASM.
