Troubleshooting

outlet before you start to troubleshoot.

The unit will not turn on.
1. Not Firmly plugged into

1. Using brush on dry
surface without dry
shampoo or wet
shampoo
2. Brush or pad holder not
properly in place
1. Apply the necessary
amount of shampoo.
2. Ensure the brush/pad and
or pad holder is properly
installed and fully seated
correctly.
Rattling noises or irregular
noises
1. Handle is loose
2. Body Screw(s) are loose
1. Check and tighten all
screws and clamps
located on the buffer
