Quick Installation Guide

1. InsertYourSIMCard

a. TakeouttheSIMCardholderfromthefront(afteropeningthecover).



b. InserttheSIMCardfirmlytoitsplace.



2. InstallingtheUSBModemManager

a. PlugtheUSBModemintotheUSBpluginyourPCor

Laptop.



b. Waitforapproximately30‐50secondsthenOSwillautomaticallydetectsand

recognizesnewhardwareandstartstheinstallationwizard.



Insert the SIM Card firmly to its place. 2. Installing the USB Modem Manager a. Plug the USB Modem into the USB plug in your PC or Laptop. b. Wait for approximately 30‐50 seconds then OS will automatically detects and recognizes new hardware and starts the installation wizard. c.

d. After the program is installed successfully, a shortcut icon for the PROLiNK CDMA 1X P2000 USB Modem is displayed on the desktop. Please wait about 20‐40 seconds for the installation being completely done for the first usage. Note: On different Operating System (OS), the installation and removal procedures may different. Follow the system prompts during operation. 3. Connect to the Internet. After the software is installed successfully, the software icon will appear on your desktop.

b. Enter the username and password (provide by the internet service operator). Then click “Apply” c. After the profile setup finish. Click “back” then click “Connect” to connect to the internet. Masukkan SIM Card pada tempatnya dengan benar. 2. Instalasi USB Modem Manager a. Koneksikan USB Modem ke dalam USB port pada PC atau Laptop. b. Tunggu kurang lebih 15‐30 detik lalu Sistem Operasi akan mendeteksi secara otomatis hardware baru dan memulai proses instalasi.

c. Tekan Tombol “Next” d. Software Manager secara otomatis akan muncul, dan shortcut icon – PROLiNK PHS100 Modem akan secara otomatis mucul pada desktop. Please wait about 20‐40 seconds for the installation being completely done for the first usage. Silahkan tunggu sekitar 20‐40 detik untuk instalasi yang benar‐benar lengkap bagi penggunaan pertama. Catatan: Pada Sistem Operasi (OS) yang berbeda, instalasi dan penghapusan prosedur mungkin akan berbeda juga. Harap Ikuti petunjuk sistem selama operasi.

3. Konek ke Internet. Setelah software berhasil diinstall, icon akan muncul di desktop Anda. klik icon ini atau pilih Start All Programs U_Modem U_Modem for Prolink. Lalu Jalankan. a. Klik pada menu “Settings”, b. Masukkan username dan password (data ini disediakan oleh internet service operator Anda).

c. Setelah seting profile selesai. Tekan tombol “back” lalu tekan tombol “Connect” untuk melakukan koneksi ke internet. Uninstall 1. Pilih Start All Programs U_Modem Uninstall, dan Anda akan ditanya apakah betul‐betul ingin menghapus software ini. Tekan/Pilih “Yes”. 2. Tunggu beberapa saat lalu tekan “OK” ketika proses ini selesai.
