Working modes:

SETTING THE MEASUREMENT UNITS

You can select the measurement unit between the Metric (g, ml) or Imperial (lb:oz, fl’oz)

system.

Press the MODE button to select the desired working mode and then press the UNIT

button to convert between the two systems.

OPERATION

Weight Mode

1. Place the scale on a flat, stable surface.

2. Press the scale by hand and wait until the display to show 0 before you start weighing.

Make sure the scale is in weight mode. If not, repeatedly press the MODE button until

the weight mode indicator ( ) appears on the display.

3. Put ingredients to be weighed onto the surface of the scale.

4. The display will show the weight reading.

Volume Mode

1.P lace the scale on a flat, stable surface.

2.Press the scale by hand and wait until the display to show 0, then repeatedly press the

MODE button until the milk ( ) or water ( ) mode indicator appears on the display.

3.P lace a container (not supplied) on the scale.

4.P ress the ZERO button to reset display to 0.

5.P our liquid into the container. The display will show liquid volume.

6.T o view the weight of the liquid, repeatedly press the MODE button until the weight mode

indicator appears on the display.
