energytopassthroughthecontainerandheatthefood.
2. Microwavecannotpenetratemetal,sometalutensilsordisheswithmetallictrim
shouldnotbeused.
3. Donotuserecycledpaperproductswhenmicrowavecooking,astheymay
containsmallmetalfragmentswhichmaycausesparksand/orfires.
4. Round/ovaldishesratherthansquare/oblongonesarerecommended,asfoodin
cornerstendstoovercook.
5. Narrowstripsofaluminiumfoilmaybeusedtopreventovercookingofexposed
areas.Butbecarefulnottousetoomuchandkeepadistanceof1inch(2.54cm)
betweenfoilandcavity.
