Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY
All of our hoods come with a 3-year limited warranty. We oer a full money back guarantee within the rst 14
days of the purchaser's receiving their new hood. The full refund does not cover extensions and custom cut
pieces. We do warranty them from damage or defect. Then the rst year we cover both parts and labor, while
the second and third year we cover replacement parts only.
COMPONENT WARRANTY
Proline Range Hoods warrants the electrical and other components against malfunction or defects in materi-
als or workmanship for a period of three (3) years from its purchase date. Replaceable service items are not
included in this warranty but are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship at the time
of delivery to the original purchaser.
EXTENT OF WARRANTY
This warranty extends to the original consumer purchaser and only at the original site of installation.
WARRANTY PERFORMANCE
In the event of any malfunction or defect covered under the terms of this warranty, immediately contact the
company. There will be no charge for parts necessary to repair the item. The parts will be shipped to the
original purchaser only and the purchaser shall be responsible for their installation.
ACTS INVALIDATING THE WARRANTY
This warranty does not apply if the product has been subjected to negligence, alteration, misuse or abuse.
The warranty does not cover improper installation by the purchaser who either installs or arranges the
installation of the product.
This warranty gives you specic legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
