PM300 & PM300BT – Installation check list
This is a quick guide to verify installation and PM300 system functionality, please also refer to Installation
guide and Instruction Manual for further information.
It is not recommended to modify or alter the PM335, PMSWLED, CABLES and associated accessories,
consult with Projecta representative for further advice.
STEPS
1. Check and confirm all inputs and outputs are correctly connected e.g. no loose contacts or excess wire strands.
2. Test individual input sources and confirm LED indicator is ON and source symbol appears on LCD.
– AC charging ‘Mains’ light ON
– Vehicle charging via Anderson plug ‘Str Bat’ light ON
– Solar charging ‘PV’ light ON.
– Service Battery connected only ‘CHG’ flashing
3. Check fuse indicator LED, if ON then fuse should be tested and replaced.
4. PM300BT ONLY - Load Projecta App on smart phone and pair to LCD Bluetooth unit. Note – pairing must be
done via the App and security code required is displayed the LCD unit.
– Open App
– Select Bluetooth
– Select the Display ID REGO V1-D01XXXXXXX
• Enter Pair code from display unit
5. Confirm battery Type and Capacity is correctly set on PM335 dip switches or via LCD display settings or via App
settings (PM300 BT only). Effective settings is the latest operation. Remote Battery switch is set to Remote
(Default is Local setting if remote switch is not installed).
6. Settings via LCD screen - The Battery Size & Type and Clock & Date can be set by press and hold LIGHT button
on the LCD display unit to enter settings menu.
7. Observe display items on LCD are as per normal operating conditions e.g. battery Capacity and Type, voltage
and current, Clock, Date and water tank level indicators etc.
8. Test PUMP and LOAD functions by touching each button then confirm by touching the LIGHT button. Note – the
buttons are touch sensitive.
9. Diagnose and troubleshoot LED flash codes from the power supply and error codes from the LCD for abnormal
conditions.

For Settings via the App, select the Setting icon and select Type
then choose battery type from drop down menu. Select Capacity, enter
battery value and Save.
