1. This product is designed for INDOOR USE ONLY. DO NOT use in wet or damp areas or outdoors at any time.
2. Use this product only with a 125-volt AC power source. Do not exceed 1,875 watts and/or 15 amps maximum load.
3. If the circuit breaker “trips” due to a power overload, do the following:
a) Unplug the multi-outlet strip from the power source.
b) Turn the power switch of each piece of connected equipment to the “off” position.
c) Unplug and remove everything connected to this product.
d) Wait a few minutes, then reset the circuit breaker by pushing the switch on the multi-outlet strip “off” and then “on”.
e) Plug the multi-outlet strip back into the power source.
f) Plug each piece of equipment back into the multi-outlet strip taking care not to exceed maximum wattage and
amperage load.
4. Before each use, make sure the power cord is uncoiled and knot-free to avoid potential overheating of the cord
and unit.
5. Always use the finger grip on the plug to remove from wall receptacle. Never pull the plug out by pulling on the cord.
6. Never open the case or housing. There are no user serviceable parts inside and opening the case renders any
warranty null and void.

This Limited 5-Year Warranty (the “Limited Warranty”), subject to all of the provisions and conditions set forth below,
gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. This Limited Warranty
applies only to Prime Wire & Cable, Inc. Company, a California corporation (“Prime”).
LIMITED WARRANTY
Prime warrants to the original consumer purchaser, and solely for the benefit of such original consumer purchaser (the
“Consumer”), that these Prime power strips are free of defects in materials and workmanship during their expected
lifetime so long as such Consumer only properly uses the Prime power strips. Prime will correct defects in its power strip
by repair or replacement, at its option, if, within thirty (30) days of the discovery of the defect in materials and
workmanship, the power strip is returned pre-paid, with proof of purchase by the Consumer to: Attention: Quality
Assurance Manager, Prime Wire & Cable, Inc., 280 Machlin Court, 2nd Floor, City of Industry, California 91789, and if,
after analysis and review by Prime’s QC Department, the power strip is deemed covered under the Limited Warranty, as
outlined above.
Prime assumes no liability for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of or damage to data and/or
software, lost sales or profits or damages resulting from delays or failure to perform under this Limited Warranty.

1. If you would like to mount the strip (A) to a
wall, create a mounting template by placing
a sheet of paper over the back of the strip
(A) and punching holes in the paper where
the mounting holes are on the back of the
strip (A).

2. Temporarily secure the paper template
(with painter’s tape or another method that
will not harm paint or wall coverings) to the
area where the strip (A) is to be mounted.
Drill two 3/32 in. pilot holes. Remove the
paper template.

3. Insert wall anchors (not included),
then insert two #6 sheet metal
screws (not included), leaving
screw heads protruding 1/8 in.
from the surface. Place the strip
(A) over the screw heads and
slide into place.
