ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
6. Wrap electrical tape (not included) around all wire
connectors down to the wire.
7. Turn the spliced/taped wires upward and gently push the
wires and wire connectors into the outlet box.
WARNING: Ensure no wire strands are visible after making
connections. Place bare/green and white wire connections
on opposite sides of outlet box from the black.
8. Place the ceiling plate (A) over mounting bracket (BB).
Position heads of the mounting screws (DD) to protrude
through the large ends of key holes in the ceiling plate
(A). Twist ceiling plate (A) clockwise until heads of
mounting screws (DD) slide into narrow end of key
holes. Tighten mounting screws (DD) to secure ceiling
plate (A) rmly to the mounting bracket (BB).
